Abandoned Halfway Creek Church

 Abandoned Halfway Creek Church

Halfway Creek Church is nestled deep within the Francis Marion National Forest north of Charleston, SC. The church was built in 1941 and named after a creek that runs near it. Over the years, membership declined, and then in 2005, the church was transferred to Bethany Pentecostal Holiness which still owns the empty church and surrounding property.
